Big conference on this week with all the business opportunities for a million new green-collar jobs installing solar power and so on. And billions to be made by traders trading emission entitlements. Well those million workers and billions of dollars in trading profits ultimately have to be paid by for by someone - the consumers

So the idea that the economic activity of a million new jobs and billions more dollars for the swiss clowns, can be paid for by consumer households for a dollar a day - is simply nonsense.

I am making careful note of the authors of this supposed masterpiece of economic modelling, so that when they are wrong, they can be ridiculed to the end of their days.
