I just putting up a colourbond tin shed and thats $200 a square meter. Just the slab and kit after shopping around and saving 15% on the kit playing one against another. Putting it up myself in this price. This price is no power, windows etc and it's only 8m by 14m with 2 roller doors and cash price for the concretor.

Gotta build a house too looked at owner builder kit homes they were $485 a square meter just for the kit plus freight then theres plumming, electrical, floor coverings council etc plus got to get it put it up.

The kit supliers that I spoke to reckoned that the kit was only 45% of the finished price. Better to get a builder leave him organise it all just pay him and move in.

If you can get a finished house for even $600 a square meter please let me know where cause I need one.
