I find it sad that we are now picking on penny he has his thoughts and plans and is sticking to them good on him for it. Hope he gets what he wants for him and his family but that doesn't mean he is right, his take on things is different but time will take care of that, in a way what we have all forgotten its not about I am right you are wrong. Its about finding a price that suits your entry level price for investment development or home but sometimes our view on what that entry level should be is unrealistic which I do believe penny's is but still its only my view.
