All those who sell their family home - then rent - you have to be suspicious of their postings. What a risk! I can not for the life of me imagine anything more foolish than that. Consider the cost to sell, relocate, repurchase costs, not to mention family upheaval - no wonder many tout 30-40% drops - that is what it would take to make such an exercise worthwhile. The other alternative is that they had to sell, be it default, loss of job or divorce. I am totally suspicious of such a mo.

Anyone doing that also runs the risk of home ownership passing them by and squandering the money - a high probability with such unstable thinking. Smacks of desperation and nothing could convince them of a contrary point of view as they would have to admit the error of their ways. Sheer foolishness!
