Penny its easy to explain penny builders build houses people want mate. If you go to any house and land package office the basic house is very cheap mate and 22sq no extras. The cost goes up when the buyer wants extras bigger houses and the more expensive fittings. You go out to a lot of new suburbs and the houses are 50sq plus. Its horses for courses mate the house size has increased the fitting are better euro appliance ducted vacumns everthing that opens and shuts they weren't as prevelent 10 years ago. Mate its like I go into a shop and a 660ml drink is $3.50 now I go that much. Its the same with houses mate you may thats expensive but thats the price .sorry
