    considering that PEN now have share equity finance on tap with PALA for the next few years, and are paying for the privilege with options, I don't expect PEN to come to shareholders again with placements anytime soon. It would simply duplicate costs already being incurred (paying PALA oppies for equity facility) which would plain and simply be bad business IMO
