yes correct -what you must understand dhuy is when I pay 1.6c for the PENOA it basically means I pay 3c= 4.6c total to own the heads I have between now an 2012 june to do that...now we both know what PEN will be by 2012 june some 36 months away...............
If PEN gets into production earlier an starts to pay a divie to the head shares or a takeover comes about for PEN I can always convert my opts by sending the extra 3c
so Instead of owning 2.5m heads I hope to have 5mill 3c opts in PEN
