As far as I've been able to determine. That is what the 1,000 bot has been doing the entire year, somewhat on and off (presumably a function of other criteria).
Sells 1,000 PEN
Buys 1,000 PENOA
--> makes sense they convert and make a pip through the process.
It follows that it has always been selling heads and buying OA given the (essentially) equal number of shares to options ratio and quantity, not the value.
