    one thing I cant understand.

    If you are going to convert your PENOC and pay the $1.20 per conversion to a head share.

    Why wouldn't you of paid $1.04 for the head shares about a week ago.....and sold your penoc for whatever you could get for them.
    Instead some people seem to be waiting till the heads get over the $1.20 threshold, and then convert.

    Or Have I made another bad decision. ?????
