    I notice all the vested interests are putting in their claims at this time to escape the carbon tax.

    Reports today that the unions want steel exempted, the gas and cement industries have put their claims in.

    Penrice can't afford to be one of the few patsies paying this tax if others get a free pass.

    Hope they have friends in high places.
