Hi foot ... yes, the costs of therapists and anti-depressants for the old geezers who at every turn are subjected to the 'guilt-trip' as the pariahs of society for their selfishness of growing old.

Of course, let's continue to whip up hysteria at every turn over the 'ideology of ageing' and the associated BS ... ignore the stats regarding those contributing to private health and self sufficient in their own homes and with retirement incomes.
