The Future Fund is administered independently of government. It's also cashed up: So even though it's cashed up it's got nothing to do with Labor's ability to handle money: if it hadn't cashed up it wouldn't be the Labor's fault either. What I don't get is why it even exists: With each generation more wealthy than the previous it's like making charitable donations to people richer than you.
