sadly, too many people simply believe that money grows on trees.

watso cycles past a mandarin tree, which has been nicely planted on the verge, and watso picks the fruit, without having to get off the footpath. being on the verge, the owner of the house (ie the house behind the mandarin tree), does not own the tree - even if he/she planted the tree, and waters the tree.

watso eats mandarins for free - even though other people make the effort to nurture the mandarin tree... most likely, when it comes to paying taxes, then the tax payers will most likely be less inclined to pay to support bludgers.

taxpayers who work for the government, and who pay taxes, do not really count - they contribute very little...ok - watso used to work for the government, and worked hard, and the community willingly paid a fee for the service.
