Nice clean study.
Always funny how strong the placebo effect is, look at that 5 min effect. Give the kids a green whistle, tell them its pain relief & its 60% as effective @ 5mins.
There is a secondary effect because the placebo (and methoxy) results are likely positively impacted by the concurrent treatment of the pain causing injury itself. Pop that shoulder back in & pain will reduce regardless of any drugs.
