penumbra clearly not ahead on schedule anymore

"Murray & Roberts continued the twin decline development, with the declines advanced 58m during the month of April 2012 to a combined total length of 135m. The conveyor road has advanced down 79m and the travelling road down 56m."

The total length of the decline is 390m, this indicates that the conveyor road is only 20% of the way and the travelling road only 15%.

The combined length on incline to the coal seam workings remaining is 645m. This would require 161m of decline advance per month to meet the September startup date.

I am not confident of a September startup date nor full production before year end.
