    Based on previous guidance Penumbra had a 10 - 11 month construction phase before production.

    Clearly we are now behind schedule.

    I doubt the soft dirt excuse is the real reason for thwe delays as this issue would be an acceptable challenge to overcome in mine developments of this type.
