IM - what mine engineering qualifications do you have to make those statements? You sat with me in a meeting with Jason recently where we discussed this very question. He told us very clearly that first mining of the coal seams is NOT dependent on completing the total 390m decline length - and that the decline development will be completed simultaneously with the mining operations. Jason has a masters degree in mine engineering, and underground coal mining experience. I should imagine he knows what he is talking about.
