    I don't have the qualifications to say whether or not the September deadline for first coal will be met - but regarding your statement that CCC need to complete the entire 390m decline development first, before commencing mining - this was explained very clearly to us by JB to NOT be the case. I'm baffled as to why you would post this assertion.
