    I would have thought --the moving on of

    MR ADAM WILKINSON from lead engineer /project manager

    especially at this critical stage of the penumbra mine developement would rate an announcement .

    It did rate an announcement --his arrival and appointment
    at zyl as project manager at their kangwane project .

    will this move cause delays to penumbra start -up schedules ??
