As I understand rule 7.1, the 15% is calculated over and above shares issued within the last twelve months for which shareholder approval was received. The last placement (July 07) was covered by approvals given at the April 2007 agm.
It is reassuring that you have reappeared to help fill in our time. Must be time to re-invest :-D
