I'm pretty hands on with general maintenance and currently renovating our own house, I can't see why I couldn't do it to others etc... doing anything myself would be my primary intention providing I can do it legally.
I've seen how much property managers charge and the work they actually do for it and always shake my head in disgust. I would rather that extra money in my pocket or else go towards other projects to the property.
Not looking for an investment property yet, probably in 2yrs, so when we are getting closer will probably pick your brain a bit more.
