But I also know that there are very few people who operate their investment properties properly which I have observed that you do

We used to say that there are three streams of income from an investment property
Rent
NG
CGs

The vast majority of investors do not have a clue as to their TRUE nett income
Many are not set up properly for NG
Many do not maintain their property or control their tenants to achieve the best CGs

You have to accept the fact that you are the exception to the rule rather than the norm

Property investment is the same as any business, you only get a good return ifyou are prepared to put in, any person who is prepared to do the "normal" work that a business owner does to build their business can make money from property

Most property investors should never own an investment property, they are just too bloody lazy
