The day of the meeting the stock will halt, the prospectus will open, the money is already raised, in fact they accepted $1 mill more than they originally asked for, none for shareholders as all spoken for and scaled back even,
So the prospectus can close as no money outstanding to be raised,
AWD cease to be, and Vonex apply for code and listing, consolidation happens on approval of vote at meeting,

The stock re trades as Vonex under new code and sector, from when prospectus closes it takes 5 to 10 days, usually,
