    -Natural field production decline
    -Once the Galoc jv recoup their capital investment for Galoc-2, then their % take of the profit oil will be less
    -Galoc reserves net to OEL stand at 2P ~3mmbbls, ok, but not a huge amount
    -Risk of a single producing asset
