I have absolutely nothing against property investors, i do plan to be one myself. what i am against is the overleveraged whom buy 5 houses on a normal pay packet. property investing needs to be treated like a business and generally most businesses which have over capitilsed on debt do fail, and the same will apply to landlords with big debt.
my approach to property investment will be based around yield and cash flow, as i strongly disagree with high levels of debt. CG should only be the cream on top.
On a final note i cant believe the emotion my initial post caused, you bulls must be scared.
