Real estate practices in AUS have got a lot to answer for!
Unscrupulous Auction practices (& clearance rates) have been responsible for a lot of what is about to hit the fan.... so to;- Greed, Vendor bids, dummy-bids/ yes it still happens, or tries to, collusion, land hoarding, et c etc
I hope the RE industry burns in hell... they should'v been held responsible long before now, But they still are not.....
I still want the developers to get caught with the snout well & truly in the trough...
