I have thought for sometime, that CWE has a much bigger goal in mind than just being a builder of wave energy arrays.

The highly specialised work done with Pawsey's assistance, builds on what they have been doing, almost since the beginning.

Their willingness to enter collaborations with institutions around the world, not only for their own benefit but for the wave industry at large., will one day pay dividends.

Even if Ceto turns out not to be the best WEC, they may find themselves owning a small but important part of many other like technologies that will pay for CWE know how.
