I am one of the positive posters here but the reason why it's 45 cents today when we have an offer at 50 is because the offer is just an offer not a contract or a commitment yet. If US and Europe stuff the world again, people (hanglong) will go to hibernation for sometime and no one wants to block their capital and looking to re-enter and make some gains by buying at cheaper than they sell.

btw: I bought in more last week at 52 just thinking that we will get a counter offer soon..but who knew DJ will drop 500 points in a night..it will pick up next week..
