Agree ,unless one lives close to the water , its a long congested drive from the westernsuburbs of the GC. to the beach And its as hot as hell back down from the beaches, unless one lives on a hill ! Traffic congestion is as bad as bris and gridlock on the weekend ! and remember most of the GC. is built on reclaimed land , swamp, and lower than the frontal dunes ! I remember 1974 when everything was six foot under water ! imo there are dozens of better places to live than the GC!
