What I observe recently is most people refuse to sell at this low price, There are buyers lining up on lower price waiting for others to dump. Unfortunately people are too scare to big either. Usually a new CEO will come up with new idea. Hopefully he can persuade his old colleagues at those investment bank not to dump any more.
