It only gets worse. Legal action will result in the company losing its focus.
My advice is to bail while you can, because i think the cash position is at risk. Why would you sue your old Md. Using the last of your cash.
Whatever the reason for suing Mark Florey and others, i personally think you should take whats remaining and run before the lawyers, advisers, management swallow the lot. All existing share holders should get together with money they have salvaged and buy the perkoa deposit from the company and start again.
Can only see this going one place....a 60 minutes or four corners report and everybody losing there dough.
