    Sounds Great news for PEO - Why release this at 3:30 though ? Everone knows all the brokers are at xmas lunch.(Bad PR Dept).

    Telstra is supporting the bigger players - Looks like the "Ma and Pa" operators and infrastructure players are ready for the Telstra noose.
