    Someone wanted IAS badly.
    Regarding the large amount of cash in the bank. I'm not so sure it isn't customer's deposits because when CBT was in operations, they had heaps of cash in the bank which was customer security deposits.

    Besides, it doesn't make sense that a company has more money than the share value.
