Sorry, I don't agree it was a 'lose - lose situation for everybody'.. because the banks still win. Their loans are secured against the assets.
Same with CNP/CER, the loans are made against the assets.
Voting 'no' to the dilution allows the banks to win anyway, and kills shareholders chances.
