I think it is a good thing for shareholders. Most people on these threads would own more Cer or Cnp than all of the directors put together. The only one who had some has just resigned.
I have been amazed the last year that we have read few articles/interviews from institutional holders on what they think about the whole thing.
My view has always been that management are great at managing shopping centres, but poor at running a public company - in particular in these difficult times. CER has been very badly damaged even though everyone seems to think it is in a better position than CNP.
It would be interesting to know if this group is going around to the substantial shareholders to get support and trying a board takeover. Anyone have any info?
If shareholders vote against the dilution we are heading for receivership. Let them earn their money I say!
