Don't worry and wonder too much TDS they're probably just doing as their told from the main players on these drills. Things have changed a little from the way some directors etc used run company's. They'll be doing everything right, they'll get nailed if they're naughty. If one buys shares in a company then one needs to investigate and if one makes a mistake then one has themselves to blame. Where it's different is when a company asks its shareholders for more monies, for example selling shareholders 1 for 6 to shares held, but if the company has not been forthcoming with the necessary goods or performance, then shareholders may not feel the need to take up the offer.
