I'm pretty sure with the oppies you can claim the tax loss if it turns out to be a duster, but if its all good you can convert and get tax free gain.... anyway i should save this for the MMR thread, i originally stuffed up with my original post thinking i was looking at MMR thread, so sorry BUY holders.
