The JV has summit their feedback to NOPTA on why the application should not be rejected , which is now with the JA and in the final stage of rejection
it is likely the JA will finalise the rejection this week or early next The JA rejection will be based on the JV not meeting require permit requirements and not meeting required work programs.
PEP11 could be a costly legacy for BUY and BPH as they will retain the licence and would likely need to monitor and maintain the wells already drilled in the licence area of PEP11
I wonder if this is what DB (BPH) is trying to Farm out - their 75% interest in PEP11 ?
