10 years of poor management and inaction by the JV ended PEP11 , which allowed Scomo to capitalised on !!!
Even if the JV were granted an extension I doubt we would have ever seen spud as the PEP11 permit alone provided and would have provided fundamentals and Growth without the JV doing anything
This is what BPH has been doing for 12 months with weekly Ann about everything including tenderer of office supplies !!!
I hope I am wrong but I think we will see years of inaction again play out here !!
