One can only hope MMR’s doldrums get righted. As you can see from the lack of activity on these boards most people have given up!

As to class action, looks like JaD is soliciting support on the BPH forum. No reason to not include MMR, Grandbridge and other Advent shareholders, plus BUY.
Guessing there’d be around 5000+ different aggrieved parties that would be willing to join. Just not clear on what loss/damage has actually occurred yet, given MMR hasn’t traded for 2.5 yrs, and Asset Energy is pursuing Scomo through the courts with a slim potential for a different outcome.

Would it be better for MMR shareholders that Asset didn’t chase Scomo, and that loss was agreed? Then MMR shareholders/class action participants could potentially get direct compensation rather than Asset getting some benefit if successful. I’d much rather money in my pocket than in Asset/BPH’s pockets given their pathetic ROI and very dubious governance processes.

Would be interested to hear of anyone’s legal advice/opinion here!
