Announcement that PEP has made an offer (indicative and all the usual "nons") between $1.8 and $1.90 with board rejecting without allowing due diligence.
Share price tomorrow will be interesting. And interesting to see if this puts the company in play or it fades away. If nothing else highlights the value.
My thoughts: I initially purchases because I liked their 5 year plan and nothing has changed. Added a few last week just above $1.50. No interest in selling as I see 3 year value well above the offer. For me, would likely take an offer of $2.50 plus to give sufficient current value to justify selling. However, would be more than happy for it to fizzle out and see what the next few years hold.
