Maybe Mr Heman is kicking himself that he wasn't holding prior or buy in to take advantage of the CR and is hoping people will panic sell to provide an entry point equal to that of the CR.
There is potential for a slight dip, though believe this has already happened and the SP will continue to hover around the 2c mark up until NOPTA announcement.
