if a judge had made AANY ruling or decision then everyone would of appeared in court and the judge would of issued a decision .

instead Clayton it's and our lawyers drafted a consent order and the judged in chambers signed it along with probably dozens of others.

you seem to know something court process so you know that the middle part of your scenario is completely impossible. the judge could not and was not involved in any of this except to sign the consent order that was put in his pile.

the govt is trying to drown us in paperwork and wants a detailed response to 1600 pages of anything they could find.

we will respond and then they will assess that response.... more time.

we are floating in limbo in the court.. adjourned out to Feb.
the govt will do nothing until then/. They will assess the response to the 1600 pages . Why would they rush???

this will stay in limbo until we push the issue again next year by applying to the federal court to review things and set new dates for lodgements etc.

there is nothing to be gained for the govt to make any decision and there is NO mechanism is place for us to push it until at least 7th Feb next year.

pathetic system
