The PKIT can be 100% complete but while the FSRU is located in Egypt, I question the accuracy of such reporting.
The PKIT only needs three things to become operational:-
1. Customers, it currently has none
2. Gas to sell to the customers it doesn't have
3. an FSRU on site to regassify the gas it hasn't yet purchased
If you hypothetically solve these three problems, any NSW industry that relies on gas as a feedstock won't be viable, so the NSW market will shrink to just consumers paying exorbitant prices for gas.
