Given the FOI's are continually returned null by MK, I don't think anyone is pretending anything. Either she never received it, or she is lying. My money is on that, by design, she never received it.
I will leave it to Ensign Legal to decide what that means from a compliance with the OPGGS Act and the Operating Protocols perspective.
BTW, don't forget she packed her parachute in 2023 but didn't pull the ripcord until April 2024. Not very clever MK.
