IMO FEDS move has no relevance on the court date of 14/10.
however they will probably ask for delay to their submission on the basis that there is 'movement' towards a decision. I WOULD NOT ACCEPT THAT IF I WERE ASSET.
Not until auch time as an NOIR is served - can they truly claim to be in the process of decision making. Even then - if i were asset i would want the Justice to make an order on 45 days for FINAL DECISION
