I believe information on when ELs are expiring and renewals are public knowledge via the relevant govt department. otherwise how does anyone get knowledge to apply for individual licences? such information cannot be a secret or be 'insider trading'.

Why dont they announce the extension of the lease?
Right now it is not in BUY management interest to push the price up. They are just about to issue a swag of options at 14c to directors and CEO. the lower the sp (10.5 cents was used as at the 21/10/09 )the better the Black-Scholes pricing methodology works for them. That is, directors get a cheaper option strike price the lower the actual sp.

And from memory, i dont think they announced the granting of the last extension when it occured. They would claim it is not market sensitive. If they lost the lease that would be market sensitive.
