nicto, of course it becomes public knowledge, but when a company is leasing a tenement it is their duty to disclose such information to their shareholders first.

Interesting what Yeah said about that 'friendly lady' and Mr D Breeze. Especially the part: '...in no uncertain terms was he going to relinquish any information pertaining to any extension incase it could be used against them whilst they're in negotiations...' so maybe this friendly lady is just not reliable as a source?

I posted earlier before the release of the AGM so didn't know about the options till then, seems dodgy if what you say is true. Don't know the Black-Scholes methodology myself (think I studied it ages ago but can't remember), is that to determine the exercise price? But a price of 14c is already set, not sure how that can change?
