pep11 stocks are flying again!, page-19

It's a bit tiring to hear the whining from the BUY crowd as to why BUY is not rocketing along like MMR (or BPH or GBA) so I will attempt to answer it here.

Lets start by taking a look at MMR and lets take the last month. MMR has gone from 0.52 to 1.09 this is pretty much double. Pretty much all of MMR's value is Advent and most of Advents value is PEP 11. So if we take the MC's of BPH, MMR and GBA work them back into their value in Advent, this then is about 1.95, 2.20 and 1.28 respectively per Advent share. For ease of calculation lets say Advent SP is $2.00 per Advent share (note the book build in progress is looking at 1.25 - 1.75 i.e. less than 2.00).

Now at 2.00 Advent would have an MC of $292 million, to work out BUY's share of PEP11, we take (292/0.85)x.15 = $51 mil

BUY has about 770 mil shares (after 1:10 issue), gives BUY per share value in PEP11 of .066 per share.

BUY's SP in the last month has gone from .087 - .11 = or +.023, 50% rise in PEP11 = .033 per share. IMO BUY is running pretty much with the crowd then, it spent much of today at .12, with a peak at .125, at 0.125 this was a .035 rise in the last month and actually puts BUY at the front of the pack, this without PDF status.

Second point with regard to the funding of subsequent drills on PEP11 the Advent crowd are just completing a cap raising that will put 20 mil into their coffers.
