Your desperation to find something positive about MMR is extreme since re listing 3X , could you ask DB tomorrow whilst on your daily is MMR still technically compliant now Pep11 has been denied by both state and federal governments now, and also if it’s currently? what date is it not ? Because won’t it have to go back into suspension again if that’s the case ???
The last suspension of MMR was nearly 5 years, and testing on holders to say the least, the compliance focus on PDF,s are extreme, and as we know DB isn’t exactly up to par at times with compliance is he!!!!!
Thus DB holding the record of the longest suspended company on the ASX as far as I know MMR was, and under DB,s watch the whole 5 years !!!
So if MMR is to go into suspension again over non compliance, you would think it wouldn’t come out of suspension till your Pep11 Inc perceived court case is over, or DB buys another tangible project for MMR to trade under, and that would force a Cap Raise at 0.002 to Soph’s in the ST !!!
Reality sucks 3X !!!
